To prevent spamming, these are responses to the “dressing up sexy” ask:

venthepirate said: I love dressing and looking sexy - as in tight tailored clothing, that makes me look good, doing my hair etc. If it makes you feel good, it makes you feel good.

queertransformation said: Dressing “sexy” definitely can be important for everyone - not in a ‘get the other people’ sense, but in a self-esteem feel better about yourself kind of way. Some times it feels awesome to feel good about yourself. Sex appeal is the least of it.

singinglupines said: For me, it’s a self-esteem issue. I like to look nice and in style because it makes me feel good about myself and that’s what counts :)

day-black said: To say “people want me for sex when I dress like this,” that’s pretty much pointless. But if they mean “sharp and attractive” that’s what I go for. “Advertising” the proper thing. I can look fantastic without being “sexy.”

fallbeil said: I don’t think having a sense of fashion or a particular style of clothing should be a reflection of your sexuality. That’s just silly.

cheerfullymorbid said: If looking good makes you feel good, dress as sexy as you want. You dress up for yourself, not others.

boywitharabbitheart: On dressing up, and looking good. I enjoy dressing nicely. I do so as often as I please, and it’s not for the fact that I want other people to look at me and be all daaaaamn. No, I dress to kill for myself. I want to feel good, so I dress nicely. There’s no reason why any ace can’t dress up. If it makes you happy, then go for it!

andigreyscale: For the anon that asked about dressing uo “sexy”. I find people to be aesthetically attractive, and like to dress up to also be aesthetically attractive. Sex, or sexual attraction has nothing to do with it. I’m a visual person and enjoy dressing up and like it when others do the same.-Fellow Ace

sassy-gay-beluga-whaleIdk, I think you should dress however you want. Your sexual orientation shouldn’t stop you from doing that. Just as long as you’re comfortable with yourself! <3

Thank you everyone!
