I emailed my local LGBT and asked if there were any ace contacts in my area. They replied that asexuality isn’t recognised by them as a sexuality, because it is in fact an illness that requires treatment with hormones.
Wow…this is just not acceptable! Fucking hell, everyone regardless of their orientation should get the help they ask for.
